Production
We offer a complete industrial carpentry service, from feasibility analysis and technical design through to the production of finished metal components. We support our clients at every stage of the process, ensuring tailor-made solutions, cutting-edge technologies, and high standards of quality, reliability, and precision.
Design and co-design
We support our clients from the early stages, offering technical advice and tailor-made design. Thanks to CAD/CAM software and a team of experts, we optimize the design to ensure production efficiency, waste reduction, and maximum quality of the final product.
Laser Cut
Our laser cutting department uses two next-generation 2D machines: sheet metal cutting up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 12 mm, and aluminum up to 10 mm. Images and photographs can also be transferred onto sheet metal.
Trumpf Trulaser Cell 3D laser cutting with a 2000×2000 mm working table for two and three-dimensional processing on all materials, including titanium.
Bending
Semi-automatic machines from 50 to 160 ton, maximum length 3,050 mm.
Mechanical processing
We perform milling and turning (automatic 5-axis lathe), and operate a multi-spindle control machining center.
Sheet metal stamping
Mechanical and hydraulic press unit from 45 ton to 630 ton for stamping, blanking, and deep drawing of plain and perforated sheets.
Welding
We offer MIG, TIG, wire, robot (Kuka Cybertech KR10), laser, and resistance welding solutions.
Surface treatments
We provide and guarantee surface treatments in accordance with customer specifications: static and barrel galvanizing, liquid and powder coating, heat treatments.
Assembly
We manage the procurement of components on customer request and the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plastic parts, providing finished, tested, and traced products ready for delivery — including in JIT.
THE BEATING HEART
Innovation is the driving force
behind our R&D
department.
Through an integrated approach, we combine technical expertise, creativity, and cutting-edge technologies to deliver tailor-made solutions and continuously improve our production processes.
From mold design to mathematical modeling, we handle every phase with precision and attention to detail. We develop functional prototypes, testing materials and geometries to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Our goal is to optimize production, reduce waste, and increase our clients’ competitiveness.
Our commitment to research also translates into new applications for the metalwork sector, as demonstrated by the recent Mesh&Arch project.
This initiative, launched in 2024, transforms production waste into modular design systems, combining aesthetics and sustainability in a virtuous circular economy model.
Thanks to an open-minded approach to innovation and constant technological evolution, we embrace market challenges with cutting-edge solutions and a future-oriented mindset.
